During a recent visit to Turners at Soham, Thermo King’s Director for the UK and Ireland, made a presentation to MTK Engineer Martin Wilson. Graham Eames took the time to personally thank Martin for his contribution to building the Turners account into one of TK’s major accounts. Martin works out of the customer’s Soham depot and takes on many of the day-to-day tasks that would otherwise fall to their Workshop Manager, including prioritising jobs, ordering parts and co-ordinating off-site breakdowns. This excellent level of customer service provided by Marshall Thermo King, has led to Turners adding a further 50 TK fridges to their fleet this year, including a recent order for ten of the newly-launched SLX units.
